*COVENANT DOCUMENTS - *By law a hard copy of the community's covenants/bylaws should have been passed on to you from the previous homeowner as part of the closing process. If you would like an e-copy please let the board know and we will provide one asap. -

*TRASH -* The Town of Upper Marlboro is responsible for picking up recycling (Thursday's), trash (Monday's) and bulk items (Monday's) Please contact the town at 301-627-6905 and request recycling bins.The use the Town of Upper Marlboro link on the main page for additional details

 *SNOW REMOVAL - *The town of Upper Marlboro plows Marlborough Drive, the HOA is responsible for the remaining streets and homeowners are responsible for their sidewalks and parking spots.

*ANIMAL CONTROL - * Please report any pets being abused or walked without a leash to the county's animal management, they can be reached at 301-780-7201

*COMMUNITY EVENTS - *With the expansion of our board we have recently began planning community gatherings and contests. If you are interested in joining the planning committee please let us know, we would love to have you!!

*HOMEOWNERS * 

*CONCERNS/VIOLATIONS* - While we have a great community the board is aware of some of the violations that you are most likely contacting us about. Rest assured that we are working on revising the current outdated covenant/bylaws to include actions that would quickly remedy these situations. We have consistent low turn out at our HOA meetings, please consider attending or joining is as a board member, the more members the more we can accomplish. Come out and meet your board, share your idea's, complaints, anything. We'd love to see you! -

*HOME IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS - *All home improvement projects must be pre-approved by the HOA. Please contact Maredith Management (bquinn@maredithmgmt.com), they will provide you with the link to submit your approval request. -
