SUMMER TIME!
Hello MT homeowners!!
Summer is officially here and as we begin to enjoy the outdoors and entertain in our yards and common area's the board has just a few friendly reminders:
- Quad homeowners - please keep in mind that the property around your home is considered "common area". Please be sure to clear all items by the end of labor day week. It should also be clear on grass cutting days.
- Grass in common area's - please remove all pools or heavy outdoor items when not in use, leaving them out will damage the grass underneath
- All homeowners - as we have an increase in visitors please ensure that they are properly parked and also not utilizing assigned parking spots.
- External home improvement/repair projects - please ensure that you contact the board prior to starting projects, they must be board approved. Please also check with the town to confirm what items can be set out on Monday's for bulk trash pick up, any items not eligible must be hauled immediately by the homeowner.
