PARKING LOT RE-PAVEMENT PROJECT

We are currently reviewing contracts from multiple companies to have the parking lots repaved and striped. If you are interested in relocating your parkings pace please submit your request for review to the HOA email.

COMMUNITY GATHERING'S

We need volunteers to assist in submitting ideas and planning various community projects that will help us become familiar with our neighbors while having fun. Whether its pumpkin carving or holiday decorating contest's any idea's are greatly appreciated.

FINAL NOTES

Recycling - it has been noticed by local town officials that our community is not big on recycling. Recycled trash pick up is every Thursday. Please  remember to separate your recyclable items from your regular trash and place them into your county provided blue bins.

Porch Lights - Please help keep our community safe. Turning on your porch lights provides additional lighting that our neighborhood could use especially in light of  the recent criminal activity and with the daylight hours getting shorter as fall approaches.

Cleaning up after your pets - for those who refuse to remember to clean up after their pets it has not gone unnoticed. Please refer to the state and local "pooper scooper" laws.

UPDATE - Free mulch give away for Prince George's County residents and employees.

Mulch Giveaway

WMG sponsors a Mulch Giveaway in the spring, usually in April, to provide an opportunity for citizens and residents to receive free mulch. The mulch for this event is derived from the Christmas trees that are collected or dropped off for recycling. The Mulch Giveaway is held in conjunction with Earth Day and is just one of the many departmental programs. For more information and specific dates for the next Mulch Giveaway, check the local paper, County website, local cable station or call the Recycling Team at (301) 883-5045.

Hello all MT community members!!!! We are off to a great start, both the new and existing board members are excited about all of the new things going that will greatly improve our community.
